Booty Shaker


    This one is a great combination of dance and cardio fitness! Come learn hip-hop routines to all the new songs and SWEAT!! The repetition makes it simple to learn. This is a high energy class and always keeps you moving. Come dance, have fun, and shake that booty!

Cardio Candy

 

    Gain cardiovascular endurance and increase muscle mass with a great combination of fabulous cardio dance moves and an energetic mat work routine. With all the best tunes you will leave feeling fabulous.

Chair Fit

 

Using a chair as a balance bar, weight bench, and more, this class is an incredible blend of weight training, muscle conditioning, and limbering. With fabulous music and fun moves, the time will fly by.  You won't look at a chair in the same way again!

Femme Mystique

 

This yoga/pilates inspired class is all about focus, complete focus on your body movement as you go through the exercises.  Come experience how strong you are and how much stronger you’ll get with regular attendance.  Most of the class will be done on the mat with your very own body weight and light weights, working every major muscle group. 


Other props may be brought in to the class on occasion. 
This class is for all levels.  Modifications will be demonstrated.

Kick Butt Kickbox

 

Major Workout!! This class is an intense, complete, all over body workout and a fabulous stress reliever. This is a great cardio and sculpting class for your core, legs, and arms. The kicks and punches are a wonderful way to release the negative energy stuck in your body. Come for a Kick Butt workout!!

Latin Sizzle

 

Jam to the blazin' sounds of hip hop, salsa, merengue, cha cha, and reggaeton for a heart pumping cardiovascular workout. Experience the technique of Latin and hip hop movement in a fun, easy-to-learn, workout. Feel the burn and sweat it out in this saucy, sizzling class.

Posers

 

Based on a mix of yoga and tai chi. This class will take you through a series of slow movements that will help you to achieve a long, lean, look. Reaping the calming benefits of the mind/body/breath connection and scorching calories. Don't let the word "slow" fool you, you will work up a sweat!

Total Body Blast

 

    This is a total body conditioning class, working each major muscle group of your body. Workout and work hard! Weights, mats, and Gliders may be used. Effort and regular attendance will produce the results you are looking for.

Tush Toner

 

This is a hard core lower body workout. Go through a series of movements with music working your lower body, using weights for an added challenge. Finish it with intense mat work and leave feeling extra toned!

ZUMBA


    Everyone is talking about it. Zumba is an invigorating and empowering way to get fit. The exhilarating Latin and International music are perfect for the aerobic/fitness interval training that work and sculpt your body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Be prepared to dance, sweat, laugh and have fun.
